OUR GRADUATE PROGRAMMES

We help you gain broad experience and apply your knowledge in practice through rotations in various departments across the business. Alongside that we’ll support you through a ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management qualification, to gain the skills and knowledge to lead, organise and motivate teams.

• Engineering Graduate Programme

You’ll gain experience across the full project lifecycle within our Operational team, alongside an Level 3 Certificate in Management qualification. Over the 3-year programme, you’ll also spend time with the Procurement, Design and Commercial teams to understand processes and collaborative working.

What you can expect

The scheme is over four years. Your first year is focused on understanding business fundamentals; Years 2 and 3 involve shadowing key departmental areas, such as planning, design, estimating, project management and assurance; Year 4 is allocated to delivering a project, while shadowing our commercial and procurement teams.

We then determine the best specialism and department to align you to, depending on your strengths.
