OUR APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMMES

We offer various Apprenticeships aligned to our project needs, whether that be electrically based or linked to a support function like sustainability.

You’ll be assigned a mentor to develop your on-site practical experience, coupled with regular visits from your NVQ assessor and a dedicated tutor to help with exams one day a week at college. This support lets you learn while you earn.

What you can expect

During the programmes, you’ll keep a weekly learning diary, shared with key members of the team. You’ll follow a different area each week, beginning with an induction and training in the relevant department.

This is followed by placements in the engineering, commercial, finance and work-winning departments. Finally, you’ll gain experience in our key sectors of rail, highways, tunnels and power projects.
